The Multi-Site Customer Service Coordinator supports the daily operations, implementations, and expansions of Managed Services Accounts under the guidance of the Enterprise Services Manager (ESM) or Area Operations Manager (AOM). This role is responsible for maintaining service delivery standards across various customer locations while ensuring compliance with Ricoh’s Service Excellence Methodology.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of contracted services across multiple customer accounts in a designated area.
Assist in process improvement and ensure compliance with operational best practices.
Collaborate with Field Implementation Managers on new customer implementations and service expansions.
Aid in onboarding and cross-training new team members.
Develop and maintain Site Procedure Guides to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Conduct daily visual inspections of site services and safety standards compliance.
Gather feedback on site experiences to improve customer satisfaction.
Manage customer communications and escalate issues as necessary.
Collect data for the Monthly Operations Review.
Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 12 months related work experience; post-high school education is preferred.
Ability to travel between accounts (up to 40-50 miles).
Valid, violation-free driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Intermediate skills with common software applications and file management.
Pay:
Includes a $500 sign-on bonus for new Ricoh employees.
